Against the Grain: More Meat Than Wheat
Tim Burns (Australia, 1981, 78 min.)
After taking a strip of photos (which, on the soundtrack, sound more like Polaroid shots than those of a photobooth), Ray Unit (Michael Callaghan) describes the planning for the ANZAC Day smoke bombing in direct address to the camera as he sits in the photobooth. We see him wait for the strip to come out; he holds two in his hand, and we see a few frames from one, where he holds up newspaper front page about the attack.
Thanks to Catlin for the tip.
