In Jay Leno's annual end-of-the-year wrap-up at the end of 2004, he mentioned White House attempts to link Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein.
"The White House spent a lot of time this year trying to link Saddam Hussein with Osama bin Laden. In fact, they released these photos in July that were taken at the Fallujah County Fair. Okay, now, take a look. Here they are in the photobooth."
