PHOTOBOOTHS IN MOVIES & TV

Sńllskapsresan II - Snowroller

Lasse ┼berg, Peter Hald (Sweden, 1985, 91 min.)

On a ski trip in the Alps, Mr. J÷nsson (Bj÷rn Granath) needs to get photos for his family's lift passes, and figures out he can get them cheaply if he gets himself and his three kids in and out of the photobooth in one strip (or, as it turns out, square) of four.

It involves a lot of pushing and shoving and yelling, but he manages to make it work. Mr. J÷nsson doesn't quite make it in the frame, but at least he saved some money.

The film is a remake of the French film Les BronzÚs font du ski (1979), but it seems a loose remake; the photobooth scene does not appear in the original film.
