Damiano Riva describes his project this way: "The analog or digital cameras take photos of places. Their points of view are always different, they can see spaces (mountains, lakes, cities, people...); on the contrary, photobooths are prisoners of their own and by their nature they can shoot only human faces in a white scene. The aim is to set free the photobooth from its walls, giving it the opportunity to observe the external reality and make it look out for a moment to the world unknown to them. A characteristic is that the first photos of history were taken from a window."
