Thanks to Dominique for the photos and info on this Model 20C located at Rough & Tumble, "Seattle's Pub for Women's Sports." The pub is located on the top floor, and a strip costs $5 cash or $7 with a card.

UPDATE 4/2/26: Meriah has let us know this booth is no longer at Rough & Tumble, but has moved to the Hoxton, Portland.
