Thanks to Virginie for the update on this booth, formerly temporarily located at Les Rencontres d'Arles photography festival. She notes "We first installed the booth to participate to an exhibition about the French photographer Doisneau in spring 2019, and since, we have settled in residence at the museum."

UPDATE 5/25/25: Devan contacted la Philharmonie and learned that they no longer have a booth.
