Hi Photoboothers,
I'm looking to buy a photobooth to use at my wedding, and (hopefully) after that, find a good spot to set it up here in Long Beach, CA.
I'm looking at and Auto-Photo "Model 25" because the person selling it is charging way less than most of the booths I've seen on ebay. The only catch is, I will have to hop in the band van and drive to Texas to pick it up! I'm totally up for the trip, I just want to make sure it's not a bogus booth before I go!
Does anyone know if this "Model 25" is a good/bad/ok photobooth? I'm assuming the roll paper is pretty much all a standard size and interchangeable in most models? I am really fond of the classic (fiber based??)(nice finish at any rate) B+W paper. I appologize for not doing a little more research before posting my query, the google results for "photo booth" are all over the place.
I have picked up a bit of mechanical/electrical know-how over the past couple of years by working on vintage reel-to-reel tape machines and record players. I also develop black and white film in my kitchen sink so I'm thinkin I'm ready for a photo booth!
Thanks in advance for your advice!
Robb
