Run some film out the bottom of the camera but do not trim. Pull on the film with your hand. It should move pretty darn freely. If it does not pull freely, remove the pressure plate try to pull. If it frees up with the pressure plate removed then you need to back the pressure plate retaining screws out a little. If the pressure plat is held on with pins then you have to loosen little set screw and back the pins out with a small pry bar.
If the problem is not related to the pressure plate then try to pull the film while holding the film drive rollers from moving. If you can pull the film while keeping the rollers from moving then you need new rollers. I assume if
Auto-photo/Photo-me/Foto-mat moved their warehouse to California that they should have these rollers in stock, they used to. Good luck if they didn't move all their parts stock. Maybe George in Canada can help you
