Culver City and Hollywood Tour

That sounds like a great tour - I've been thinking about a possible LA photobooth crawl for an upcoming Photobooth Convention, and it sounds like you've tried it out. Thanks for letting us know about the booths - I've been in touch with the owner of Tiny's and got a similar impression about the booth; it's hard to keep up if that's just one of many things you've got on your plate. I hope he can get it running soon, it's a great location for an outdoor photobooth. Thanks again.

After finding your site, one of my best friends and road sister in photobooth-ness and I decided to take a wee tour while she's in LA visiting. We wanted to report that Backstage in Culver City not only has a great working-order photobooth still, but the bar staff is equally wonderful--they posed with us in our two takes!

Also, the photobooth at Tiny's K.O. is still not operable. The owner said it's from 1955 and he's had trouble keeping it going. If anyone can offer him some help, I bet he'd appreciate it. (He seemed rather worn down by it.)

We also took at trip to Lucky Strike Lanes and, while our photos came out not fully developed (lacking contrast) the bouncers were extremely helpful and reported that while it occasionally has some snags, they are rare--one bouncer reported to have posed in it over 300 times!
