Upcoming photobooth book available for pre-order

americanphotobooth.jpgAmerican Photobooth, an upcoming book by Nakki Goranin, has made its way to Amazon and is now available for pre-order. The book is being published by W.W. Norton and will be available on February 18, 2008.

Nakki has been hard at work on this book for many years, and we are very excited to see the final product. If the cover is any indication, we are in for a treat. The book deals with the history and art of the photobooth. We will keep you posted with any developments.

    February 18, 2008?! What a nightmare to have to wait so long! Oh well… It now has the distinction of being the first event saved on my mobileGCAL.

    I’m thrilled to announce that Nakki Goranin will be presenting her American Photobooth work in an exhibit at Pine Street Art Works in Burlington, VT. The show will be in February 2008 to coincide with the publication of her book.

    It is sure to be a fantastic exhibit, and if you can’t visit in person, be sure to visit online.

    Thanks Brian. I don’t kow where you’d be coming from, but Burlington has an airport, and is fairly easy to get to. It would be fun if you came to the opening on Feb 1st. That goes for all you photobooth fans.
