Thanks to Brad for letting us know about this Model 14, now up and running at his restaurant, the Junction Diner, in Forest Park, outside Chicago.

Brad writes, "This is a restored original 1965 Model 14 black and white photobooth that was manufactured in Los Angeles. This booth was known to spend most of its life in the New Jersey boardwalk Arcade. It was taken out of service in the mid '80s and forgotten about in a warehouse as it was replaced by its digital/color substitution. In 2012 it was found in a Wisconsin warehouse liquidation and came very close to making its way to the scrap yard. After bringing it back to Chicago, the cabinet was restored by The Junction Diner, and the mechanics were brought to life by Anthony Vizzari of A&A Studios. 1 Token produces a strip of 4 photos. Tokens are sold by servers for $3.00."

UPDATE 11/9/16: Andrew writes that the Junction booth is in good condition as of a visit today.

UPDATE 11/9/19: Ben writes that the booth here was replaced by a digital machine in the summer of 2019, according to the manager in a phone call.
