This wonderful old Model 11 with Cheryl Tiegs sample photos and dozens of hand-tinted customer contributions sits in the entrance to Sparky's Roadhouse, a great restaurant with eclectic decor and large beer selection in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The machine accepts only quarters, and when our eight quarters didn't seem to do the trick, a Sparky's employee was kind enough to give us two more, which triggered things and started the process. According to this employee, the booth has been here four years or so.

UPDATE 10/7/14: Miranda writes that the booth at Sparky's is no longer there.
