This great-looking old Photome Studio Model 18S seems to be perpetually out of order, according to both internet reports and the people with whom I spoke at the Drake. Too bad; it's a great location, in a very cool hotel/restaurant/cafe/club in a great neighborhood. The photobooth is located on the main floor to the left of the stairs heading up to the rooftop restaurant, behind the front desk.

UPDATE August 17, 2010: Jenny reports that the Drake has replaced its photobooth with a digital version. Sad news indeed.
