Photo's Hot Dogs, a serendipitously named restaurant in Mt. Prospect, outside Chicago, is a family-friendly place, serving hot dogs, of course, as well as salads, burgers, and more. They feature a small selection of video games and pinball in the back near the restrooms, where you'll find the photobooth, as well.

The booth, a color Model 21T, has been at Photo's for more than 15 years, according to co-owner James Photopoulos, interviewed by Rob Elder in his 2004 Chicago Tribune article. The colors are vivid and crisp, but some sort of blurry aberration occurs in the upper left part of each photograph.

UPDATE 12/16/08: According to Mark, the booth at Photo's is no longer there.
