Salem Willows Arcade, across the street from the park, has two photobooths, one color and one black and white, next to one another near the front of the arcade. This booth produces photos of unusual width and height, nearly full-bleed with very little border. My head even seems to extend into the bottom of the image above it; someone could do a very cool project with this booth so long as the alignment doesn't change. The images are nice and crisp, and a bargain at two dollars in bills or coins.

UPDATE: Apparently, the booth is only around in the summer, so call ahead to make sure it's there.

UPDATE 8/12/22: Colleen reports that this booth and its neighbor are both gone, with a single digital booth now in their place.
